As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, Nigel is a very grounded leader. He is excellent at public speaking whether in a classroom, group setting, or individually. Though he is no giant in stature, his presence is huge and won't go unnoticed. Though his passion and charisma for any topic he discusses shines throughout when he is speaking, Nigel's specialty is Personal Growth and Development. He is a story teller, sometimes sharing funny stories of his childhood, however you will also notice that he speaks on knowledge based on personal experience. He can easily be described as approachable, charming, compassionate, and humorous. In addition to numerous speaking engagements in prisons and youth detention centers, Nigel also has experience in facilitating trainings for educators, mental health workers, and families as a certified trainer through the National Alliance of Children’s Trust and Prevention Funds.  Additionally Nigel has facilitated couples classes as a certified trainer for Alabama Healthy Marriage and Relationships Education Initiative.
